MASTER TERMS OF USE & LEGAL AGREEMENT — ANALYTIC SOCCER

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using Analytic Soccer’s platform, reports, evaluations, software, events, or services (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

This agreement is between you and Analytic Soccer LLC (“Company”).

2. Governing Law (Florida)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal disputes must be brought within Florida jurisdiction unless arbitration applies.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Minors may only use the Platform with verified parental consent.

Guardians accept responsibility for minor use.

4. Services

The Platform provides performance analytics, evaluations, reports, rankings, development plans, video analysis, data tracking, scouting visibility tools, and related services.

Services may change at any time.

5. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not upload false data, impersonate others, exploit systems, reverse engineer software, or upload unlawful content.

7. Player Evaluation Disclaimer

Evaluations, ratings, and reports are analytical opinions based on available data. They do not guarantee selection, recruitment, scholarships, or contracts.

9. COPPA Compliance

For users under 13, verifiable parental consent is required before data collection. Parents may request deletion or access at any time.

10. Payments

Paid features must be paid as stated at purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform systems, methodologies, reports, branding, algorithms, and software belong to Analytic Soccer LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. User Content License

By uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide royalty-free license to use it for platform operation, analytics, and promotion.

13. Scout & Recruiter Data Access

Authorized scouts and clubs may access player data solely for evaluation purposes. Resale or redistribution of data is prohibited without written permission.

14. AI Analytics Disclosure

The Platform may use automated or AI-driven analytics. Outputs are decision-support tools only and do not replace human judgment.

15. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party tools, integrations, or external platforms.

16. Event & Trial Liability Waiver

Participation in combines, trials, or events is voluntary. Participants assume all risk of injury or loss. Personal insurance is recommended.

17. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide medical advice. Fitness assessments are informational only. Consult qualified professionals before training changes.

18. Data Integrity Clause

Submitting false or manipulated data is strictly prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for violations.

19. Image & Likeness Release

By participating in events or uploading media, you grant permission for your image, video, or likeness to be used for platform operations, promotion, scouting exposure, and marketing.

20. International Users

Users outside the United States agree that Florida law governs this Agreement and consent to jurisdiction as stated herein.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, or availability.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Analytic Soccer LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid within the previous 12 months.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse. Upon termination, access ends immediately.

24. Arbitration

Disputes shall first undergo negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida under AAA rules. Class actions are waived.

25. Modifications

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
